Reality check: a nice body is NOT the end-all and be-all goal of fitness. It’s a byproduct of far more important things, like hard work, discipline, and mental toughness (unfortunately I don’t have a way to take a picture of those things just yet). More importantly, the people who start exercising just for appearances never last long - it’s those who commit to prioritizing their overall health (not just how they look) that see transformations that last.
That said, if you’re reading this and thinking, “well that sounds good but how the hell do I get started?” - my advice is this: figure out what works for you, and do that. If you love Zumba and that gets you excited every morning, go and be the badass Zumba guy! As long as you clean up your diet and get good quality sleep, you will see results. #HeresToTheBadAssZumbaGuys #Thanks #ForTheSweat 🙌💦

One last shot of the sunset last night to tie up this amazing trip through the Pacific Northwest. Time to go quiet for a while. Thanks for following along the #SLxNBJroadtrip. Until next time… (at Edmonds Waterfront)
"It’s important to always have people who remember you at various stages of your life. It’s especially important as you get older, because there are less of those people around. And they remind you who you are.” #SLxNBJroadtrip (at I-5 South)
